Madden NFL 22 just came out recently, I think Friday, and it's getting mediocre reviews for the most part. I feel like the game never innovates or does anything new enough to warrant a purchase. Idk, did anyone here get the new game? How are the new changes? I hear there's a home field advantage now, where if the crowd is going wild, the opposing team will have problems viewing their routes. It looks kind of interesting, but I don't see much else that's new.
I would like to see Madden fix the animations, and made it more physics based. There's been a big problem with that being the way they did things in the past few Madden games. They want to focus on animations, but I have noticed videos of people abusing the animations in game to get an easy touchdown. There are compilations of dumb plays and mistakes the game makes. If you're playing an AI player, you can literally trick them.
But yeah, idk I want the team making Madden to just start from scratch. Make a completely new Madden from the ground up. Because they haven't done anything new enough. Especially when some of the older Madden games had more game modes, options and mechanics that made it an actual fun football game. But these last few Madden games, are not very fun.
