Baker Mayfield, possible MVP?

Baker Mayfield could very well be our next MVP, well at least according to your friends at Browns Nation here.

According to William Hill Sportsbook, Mayfield has the best probability of winning it. I would be so psyched to see Baker winning MVP, especially after Rodgers winning it a year ago. It will go a long way in showing people that Baker is here to stay.
 
Yo, if he wins MVP, that will only confirm that the Browns gone far, and that's all I care about really. :D Just win them games.
 
That would be hella dope if Baker won MVP in the 2021 season. I think there's for sure a possibility of that happening, but they have to keep the winning ways going. If they can do that, he should be a lock-in for MVP.
 
Imagine him winning it, that would be so cool! :)

If he performs even better then last season, it's a possibility.
 
Dude that would be awesome! I can see it happening if everything works together. He has the offense and defense, so this is possible.
 
I wouldn't bet on it, but it would be cool if he did win it. I bet someone like Rodgers or Mahomes will win it though. Mayfield will have a great season though. I will bet on that.

I think he has the biggest chance. He has the targets to use, and the run game, plus a great defense as well. I think Mayfield has the best chance of winning. I will root him on to do so. :)
 
Him winning MVP would be a big thing for this Browns organization. To have that, after years of losing seasons, would be quite the change of pace.
 
The NFL won't get him that award, and there won't be enough fan support I bet for him to win it, or shall I say votes. Either way, I'm rooting for him to win it, but I don't see it happening.
 
I'm rooting for that possibility, because you know me, I'm a huge fan of Baker and want to see him succeed. And him winning MVP will start to make people really talk I think.
 
That would be something if he was able to win the MVP award. I am doubtful it would happen, but I think he can make it happen if he plays right and doesn't make any mistakes.

Idk, with Mahomes, I think he still has the biggest chance. But, I'm hopeful he can win MVP, that would be awesome!

I think Mahoms is a likely frontrunner, no doubt. He will get a ton of votes just being Mahomes. But, it's anyone's game out there, and Mayfield could very well win the MVP award if he plays better than he did last season.
 
Yeah I think he's going to win it. With all this praise and talk about the Browns, it has to happen. We can get the fans to vote for Mayfield if he does well this year as well. It's all about the vote.

I hope so, I want him to win it so bad. He deserves to win an award like it. Didn't he win an award last season? Maybe something like most improved or something? If not, he probably should have.

Sure he is, but that doesn't mean he will win it. Mahomes has a good chance, but so does Baker. Don't sell him so short.

Yeah I don't think Mahomes will win either, but he is possibly the frontrunner at least. But, anything can change mid season or near the end to change that.
 
We also can't count out Tom Brady, or Aaron Rodgers if he plays well again this season, if he plays for anyone that is. Maybe someone else completely will win it, maybe a new winner.

Well we can't count out anyone. There are so many star players in this league, and it could be anyone's game. But, with Baker having a good offense and defense on his side, he has the potential to truly win MVP. But, that only comes down to him playing good, and the players around him following the same measure. Otherwise it will all fall apart.

But, I am rooting for Baker to get the votes to win. Because we all know this is more about popularity. But, winning helps that.
 
Here are other possible MVP candidates:

Patrick Mahomes
Aaron Rodgers
Nick Chubb (yeah baby, why not?)
Odell Beckham Jr. (could be his best season)
Myles Garrett (maybe our defense can represent the MVP?)
Tom Brady
Lamar Jackson
Russell Wilson
Deshaun Watson
Jameis Winston

So, it could be anyone's game. But I still think Baker has a big chance with the team around him.
