Browns Kicker Cody Parkey Has Leg Injury

Looks like Chase McLaughlin will be taking the kicker spot to start the season. He and Cody Parkey were battling it out to see who will take the kicker position. Unfortunately, it looks like Cody Parkey sustained a leg injury. This leaves Chase McLaughlin to likely take over the position.

Do you think Parkey can come back from this and still compete? I hope it's just a strain and he's back in there competing to see who gets the kicker position. I guess they don't know the severity of the injury as of yet.

Sucks to hear. I saw them both and they looked to be pretty good. I mean, kickers are not hard to come by these days, no offense. I hope he can get back into it too though. I'm sure he'll find another team. They could keep him as a backup kicker as well. Which, idk, I don't see a point in, but ya never know.
