Johnny Manziel to take up professional golf

So I didn't see this coming, but Johnny Manziel is not taking up professional golf. He hasn't really played much golf, but his father has taught him some, and he's hoping to hone his skills over the upcoming years to become an eventual pro in the sport of golf.

Think he will do well? To me, it just sounds like he's taking the time to have fun with life. And hey, maybe he'll become a pro in golf one day.

Dude's gotta find something. He's only 28 and he's pretty much done with football. Or didn't he last play the fan controlled football? Either way, he's not getting back to the NFL, so maybe it's worth a shot to try golf and other sports. Maybe he will find something he fits in more.
