I heard pitchers use substances all the time to help with the grip of the ball and special ways of throwing it. The MLB has started to take it seriously I hear, that they have actually set new rules in motion, that if any pitcher is caught using illegal substances to help with throwing the ball, they could face fines and possible suspension if repeated.
How many pitchers do you think will get caught after this new rule change?
