So much for DTR's first start, yikes!

So rookie QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson took over for Deshaun Watson yesterday and it was a really poor display all around. And not just from DTR, as our defense did not show up yesterday, we couldn't get anything done out there against the Ravens. I did not see us losing so badly.

But yeah, DTR is clearly not ready to go. But it also doesn't help when our defense plays like that.

Is DTR going to get another shot to star of Watson can't go? I figure with the bye week coming Watson should be ready to get back in there.

He's a rookie, what do you expect? He was tossed in with the wolves and expected to be the best. He'll get there.

3 interceptions, no TDs, 52.8% passing with a rating with a QBR of 25.9. Kids got a lot to learn and a long ways to go before he gets there if this is how we can expect him to play.

He was facing a tough Ravens defense. Most rookies would fall like this. It's just one game too, DTR could learn from Watson if he actually gets things done himself.

Give the kid a break, our defense sucked yesterday. It's his first start, and I didn't expect him to have some blowout game. I didn't of course expect the Browns to lose so bad though. Hopefully they can rebound from this blunder and get back to winning again.
