XFL & USFL to combine

This is kind of old news, but kind of wanted to talk about it with you guys. Who here is kind of psyched to see the XFL & USFL merge into one league? I thought that would have been a good idea for a while now, I'm glad they actually made it happen. It should give fans some more football to hold them over. Both leagues have 8 teams, so that would equal out to a 16 team league. Not bad imo.

Who here is excited for this? Are there any Cleveland based teams in either league? Or any Ohio located teams?

This is the right move, it expands their season a bit, and gives us more of a playoff system too. Also, more chances for players to play outside of the NFL. And a somewhat launching pad back to the NFL.

I don't believe there is an Ohio team yet, but I'd welcome one. With 16 teams in the league, they could always add more at some point. Maybe make it a 20 team league.
