We may lose Chad O’Shea?

For those who don't know, Chad O’Shea is currently our wide receivers coach and passing game coordinator. He is currently talking with the Ravens about their offensive coordinator job. O'Shea would be a fantastic OC, but I don't like the idea of losing him. But, this is the sport we enjoy and these sorts of changes happen all the time. If he leaves to go to the Ravens, I'll understand. It just sucks to lose another important part of this team.

It happens, a lot of teams have to scramble to make changes after coaches all over the league are getting new jobs. I would hope we keep O'Shea, but I think we could easily figure out a replacement under his position.

I think we'll recover and will be able to find a replacement no problem. I'm not too worried about him leaving, though I do think he helped a lot with the receivers.

But, we are in a state of regrowing, so maybe it's a good move to get someone new in for us as well.

I hear Jets just recently interviewed him, so he may be moving out sooner than I originally thought. I hope he stays, but from what I'm seeing, I'm doubtful of that now.

I'd hate to see him go, but I would understand if he wants to take a job elsewhere, especially an upgraded job.

I'm sure we can find a suitable replacement.

Looks like more teams are showing interest in him. Heard Bengals requested to meet him, and there may have been another team interested in him.

Looks like we may need a new wide receiver coach.

I don't think we're going to let him go. He's met with a few teams already and so far nothing has come of it. But that could still change this off season.

We'll let him go if he finds a new job, but I think we'd be happy to keep him around for a bit longer.
